How to add datastore that is physically installed in another esxi?

I have 2 hosts ESXi 5.1.

On the first host, I installed two disks in raid 0 and added it as a third datastore. But on the second host I can't see this new datastore.

These two hosts are part of the same cluster. How can I solve this?

You can't. If those disks in the first host are local to it, there is no sharing of datastores local to a given host. That's exactly why shared storage exists--so it doesn't have to be local to a given ESXi host.

daphnissov says is correct.

You would need to setup a VSA(Virtual Storage Appliance) appliances like Openfiler, openNAS, HP lefthand VSA, etc. only then would you be able to share the local storage not otherwise.
