High OSX CPU load

Why there is high OSX CPU load (vmware-VMX is about 400%) even windows has 1%?. If I change from 4 core to 2 core, it lower to 200% and still there is 1 % in windows side. Change 3D display on/off hasn't any effect. Memory size of windows is ok 4096 MB. Hardware version used is 14. Snapshot is not enabled.

First, make sure you don't allocate more than N-1 CPU's to any single guest (N is the number of physical cores), or you risk starving the host.  Also ensure that you leave at least 4GB of RAM available to the host.

Two things that can cause spikes like this are restore points and antivirus scans.  I'd suggest disabling both in the guest, reboot both the guest and host, and see if it continues.

I have many of fusion virtual windows which are running correctly (even virtual pc has 4 core), there isn't high CPU load in OSX side if there isn any load in windows side. But this one work some reason differently, which I can't find out why.
