We use some software called Xrev which is a plugin for Revit to allow you to PDF your drawings with automated naming schemes. It uses BioPDF as the printer for it which also gets installed when installing Xrev.
It works fine for a week or so, then it will start to disappear from users printer lists. The only way to get it back is for me to update the appstack and reinstall the software. It will then appear again the next time the user logs in with the new appstack.
Has anyone experienced this before? Any ideas on what to do to stop it? We have been using this software for a while and this issue has only cropped up in the last few months.
