In vROps 6.7 I have installed the new management pack for vRealize Orchestrator.
In vRO I have created my own forkflow package and imported it successfully in vROps.
In vROps I can set both the package and workflows inside the package.
The problem begins when I try to link a Recommendation to one of my custom imported worflows.
The GUI only lists the OOTB workflows as available and not my custom workflows.
What do I have to do to make my custom available in the Actions menu in Recommendations?
Please see screenshots below:
Imported workflow package(blurred) with 4 custom workflows
None of my custom workflows are available in the actions menu:
Have anyone tried this successfully?
Had the same issue.
You need to upgrade to vROps 7.0. Uninstall vRO MP 1.0. Install vRO MP 2.0. Then you can use custom workflows as an action in vROps.
The action framework in vROps 7.0 was upgraded to accommodate the custom workflows via vRO MP 2.0.
Got this confirmed from VMware.
