Ran a V2V and it was chugging along working fine. It hung at 35% and sat there for half a day. I decided to cancel and troubleshoot. Now the cancel process is hung. I found a DNS issue that *I think* solved the problem. So I'm ready to retry the V2V. I closed the Converter and restarted the 3 VMware Converter services. But when I restart the services and then run Converter, it goes back to the same spot in the middle of that job, waiting for the cancel to finish.
How do I clear out a job that did not complete, if restarting the services didn't clear it out?
