we have 2 servers without HDD, with internal flash card to 32 Gb and huawei storage oceanstore s2600.
where would you install esxi internal flash or oceanstore?
Definitely installed on a flash card. The size is sufficient, including for logs. You do not have vSAN, do you?

Yes, you can install the ESXi hypervison on flashdrive. Later you can attach iSCSI, NFS datastore from external storage, if you don't have Local disk.
