SO many different issues.

I've inherited a virtual environment that was not taken care of and I would say I am a complete newbie, but I hold my own. The previous admins had no documentation, no names, IP addresses, barely any credentials documented so I've been piecing things together bit by bit when I can . Even still, everything was running well until we had a complete power failure and all ESXi hosts as well as other servers went down. To make things worse, there were power surges in between. Fast forward where the power has been fixed but now I can not connect to the VSphere web client. I can SSH into the hosts, ping them, but when I try to browse the data store on each host, it's completely empty. I'm at a loss at what to do, there are so many different logs I don't know where to begin. Any help would be appreciated.

Connect to the ESXi host on which vCenter is running and restart the vCenter. If you do not know where vCenter is, connect to hosts sequentially.

I'm connected to each host, but how do I start vcenter (commands)? I've looked everywhere and tried every remedy given, but nothing.

Do you see VMs on hosts?

Tell me more about your situation.

Is there a VMs, turned on, off, gray, can any errors be included. Attach the ESXi screen
