Hi!
Today i made a mistake: upgraded my VCSA 6.7 to 6.7
So, I have some problems after that
I've opened support ticket and now waiting for help
Technical support helps me resolve problem.
The reason was IBM plugin.
To remove plugin:
cloudvm: /etc/vmware/vsphere-client/vc-packages/vsphere-client-serenity
ciswin: C:\ProgramData\VMware\vCenterServer\cfg\vsphere-client\vc-packages
Please take the back up of vsphere-client-serenity(for cloudvm) and vc-packages (for ciswin) before removing any plugin packages inside it
Take the back of work and pickup folder and delete the contents inside these folders. Locations of work and pickup folder :
CISWIN :
C:\Program Files\VMware\vCenter Server\virgo\server\pickup
C:\Program Files\VMware\vCenter Server\WebClient\server\work
CLOUDVM :
/usr/lib/vmware-virgo/server/pickup/.
/usr/lib/vmware-vsphere-client/server/work/
When I say backup, it means that you should copy that folders to someother place as backup and not rename in the same folder. Once you take the backup, please delete the contents in the original folders
3. Restart VCSA
vSphere Web client works!
