Can you share the User Name and E-mail ID you are trying to use to register ?
Please provide the Company Name as well to check internally if the account has the correct permission.

I will check with the concern team and update you ASAP.
It is taking time as the Back-end team is validating the details.
There are multiple party numbers are tied to the EA. This might be one of the reason you are not able to link it successfully.

IT team is trying to track it in the background to see where it is failing.

I am still unable to link that account. Same error.
Did you try with both the accounts or only with one ?
It seems to be wrong username and password , please reset the password and try again.
I just logged into myvmware.com with that username and password. Is there a special character restriction or anything along those lines?
Did you verify the password of this account bonnie.bauder@state.sd.us ?
The password for that account is accurate as well. When I try to link with that account:
