There is a requirement for internal IT security team to better understand the communications that occurs between the ITSM Plugin 3.0 and other components, e.g. vRA. Is there a resource document available that provides this information? This is a necessary requirement for production use of the plugin in this environment.
Everything communicates via a ServiceNow MID server over port 443 back to your onsite infrastructure
ServiceNOw > MID server > vRealize Automation appliance(s)
I believe this is the only documentation they currently have.
