What is the user name using which you have logged in to the web client of the ESXI host.

Is this host managed by a vCenter server? If yes what is the status when you login from vCenter server webclient.

Do you see the datastores listed when you take a putty session to the ESXi host under (/vmfs/volume/)

Sincerely,

Do you see the datastore when you take a SSH (putty) session to the host.

Have you tried to check using a different browser (Chrome / Mozilla / IE).

Clear cash on the browser.

Reboot the host.

Activate ssh on this host and connect with putty via SSH to this host.

/vmfs/volumes/

Hi ,

Try to rescan and refresh the storage devices

Also login to ESXi using putty and check below commands  , for this you have to enable SSH from DCUI  or Web client

esxcli storage core device list command to generate a list of LUNs currently connected to the ESXi host.

Also you can do CD to \vmfs\volume  and using LS command to view the details

I think not that this is your Datastore, cause the size is only "7629824"

Sorry. My mistake. Go into this folder with:

cd /vmfs/volumes

after that look what there is inside with:

ls -la
