SOAP error starting Converter on Workstation 14

Getting the following in a dialog box when I OK the IP address, user name, and account of the target machine...

Unable to resolve WSDL method name ConverterQueryOsInfo for namespace name urn:converter

while parsing SOAP body

at line 6, column 0

while parsing SOAP envelope

at line 2, column 0

while parsing HTTP request before method was determined

at line 1, column 0.

Any help is appreciated.

​Did you resolved it ???

(Workstation pro 14 with standalone installed, goods hostname, username and password filled, admin rights, UAC and firewall disabled).   Someone to help me please...
