- Did it work before, or is it a new installation?
- In case of a new installation, did you run the installer in privileged mode, i.e. "Run as Administrator"? If not, uninstall it, reboot the host system, login with a user that has Administrator privileges, and start the installer from the pop-up menu by selecting "Run as Administrator? (May be required depending on the Windows UAC settings.)
- If this still doesn't work you may try to temporarily disable an A/V applications during the installation.
