VMWARE Fusion 10.1 installation on HighSierra broke my $PATH

After upgrading VMWARE Fusion 10.1 I get a path error because now my path includes a space in it (/Applications/VMware Fusion.app/...). Where is this set/added to the base path so I can fix this?

Solved by creating a softlink and using that in /etc/paths.d/com.vmware.fusion.public

Shells should be smarter than this (handling a space character), but we should have also been smarter and just simlinked the binaries rather than write their full path to $PATH.

The next release will have this fixed.
