Stuck on preparing your desktop phase

Hi Guys,

I've Horizon View infrastructure version 7.4 (Connection server & Agents).

Horizon Client version 4.7

VDI OS - Windows 7 Enterprise - version 6.1 build 7601 SP1

our issue happens while the login process, Verbose enabled,

and i see at the last phase of the login on "Preparing your desktop" phase stuck for few long seconds and get released.

someone familiar with the issue? how can i troubleshoot this issue?

It can be many things.

Do you have any GPO's applied to the VDI VM's whit a certain logon script, network drives or network printers being mapped?

For example, maybe these scripts cannot access a certain UNC path, or maybe printer drivers are missing in the image.

Are you using a user profile management tool, for example UEM? If so, you can look at the logs to see what is causing the delay.
