"Unable to connect to vCenter Inventory Service" in Web Client. I have tried resetting Inventory service database, with no change.

We are on V6.0 U3 with TLS1.2 enabled only.

In the Web Client, selecting "Edit Settings" on VMs shows the same message and no options. Using vSphere client is ok.

The vCenter is an appliance.

I looked at that article and it says that it's pyurpose is for when the ?Inventory Service failes to start. However, our Inventory Service is started OK, yet vSphere Web Client still shows the Unable to connect error.

So I have not reset the Inventory database as I didn't think the article applied in our situation. What do you think ?
