we upgraded the vcenter from 6.0 to 6.5 and then installed the VSA 6.5, all went well, VSA connects to the Vcenter, but the vcenter web client is not showing the VSA as a plugin, rebooted the Vcenter and VSA, but still VSA is showing Proactive support - log gathering = disabled. when i click on the "Proceed to configure log gathering and collection settings" it tries to open the vcenter setting but runs into an error:
Cannot navigate to the desired location.
Error details: Cannot retrieve the navigation path for extension com.vmware.ph.manage.data-collection.

Can someone please let me if there is a work around other than the one here (VMware Knowledge Base ): which is a known issue resolved in VMware vCenter Server 5.1 Update 1b Release, so i dont want to apply this work around on the latest version of vcenter.
