Unable to import a virtual machine

I am importing a virtual machine and the following message

How can this be solved?

This OVF probably does not support Workstation. And if it did, you can clearly see the errors at the bottom stating your host doesn't support the resources with which it is configured.

How can that matter be resolved?

Extract the package manually with 7zip for example.
Then assemble the VM manually by creating a new VM and adding existing vmdks.

The host machine has 4GB of RAM.

Does that mean that you can not import the virtual machine?

No
it just means that you must assemble the VM manually after extracting the tarball.
