I have this alert
But when a host PSOD it didn't trigger. Any one have an idea why?

Were either of the alert symptoms triggered on the host in vROps? If not, I'd look at the events for that host in vCenter and see if one of those HA events were logged there to confirm whether or not vROps should have received the event.
