Writable Volume- Maximum

Can we have writable volume(UIA+Profiles) with 50 GB ?? how much is the maximum GB we can go ???

Yes you can!!..

We have writables of 20 and 50GB.

We have tested with 100GB writables. My guess is that your maximum writable can be the maximum size of a disk in VMWare, I believe that it is 4,3 TB but not 100% sure though.
