Scroll bar is missing in actions tab in VRO 7.3 version. Is there a fix for it?

Maximize the window and then collapse it. The scroll bar should return.

It happens to me very often and usually, clicking in some folder and then F5 solves the problem. Otherwise, close the client and open it again.

I don't see any change after doing this. The vertical scroll bar is not coming.

I have another setup with 7.0 version and I can see it there.
