Hello,
we are evaluating a Datacore hyperconverged solution for our customer that needs to virtualize only Windows XP clients. As Datacore works it needs a windows server virtual machine running on a hypervisor host.
What I know is that horizon EULA doesn't admit windows server VMs except View Connection Manager.
Does anyone knows if are allowed others "service" VMs based on windows server, or I have to buy "normal" vsphere licenses with horizon add-on ?
thanks in advance
Best regards,
Davide
it allows the running of all required components of the Horizon environment and since these are required they are allowed
yes, since it all serve the VDI environment
