High Latency VM - Poor Performance

Hi All,

I've some VMs with poor performance in my site.

Checking with vRop, I find that those some VMs has very high latency, above 10 ms. Please correct me if it is still normal.

Then, I try to tshoot at storage side using VMware Fling IOInsight, i find this value for the highest latency VM:

The result file is attached.

Since I'm new to this and not so familiar with IOPS, I don't know how to read the result, does the value is acceptable or not? anyone want to share with me here? which side in my site need to improve to reduce those high latency?

Why not just use the same tool you used to get information those VMs to do so on the datastores? What does vROps report about the datastores where those VMs reside? You can click each VM and drill down into the components to get a better picture.
