Navigation to custom Object Summary

Hi All,

I have created a web client plugin using [SDK 6.0.0] build version[2559277] referring to sample ChassisB available as part of SDK sample.

I am trying to navigate from vCenter views to my custom object workspace using WEB_PLATFORM.sendNavigationRequest API.

I have followed the guidelines given in the https://communities.vmware.com/message/2514589#2514589 to achieve the navigations.

One observation I had is the API is working fine with 6.5 vCenter environments from the browser Web console, however, the similar API is not working in 6.0 environment.

Can you suggest any workaround so that the API is functioning in the 6.0 environment as well?

I have also referred http://pubs.vmware.com/Release_Notes/en/developer/webclient/60/vwcsdk_60u2_releasenotes.html#resolve...

in which it is mentioned that there is an issue with 6.0 in the navigation API.

Please suggest any workaround so that I am able to use the API in both 6.0 and 6.5 environments.

Could you attach a zip file containing a web client plugin based on the sample ChassisB that reproduces the described issue. We would like to examine that sort of plugin and provide you with either a workaround or an explanation what would be the best option for you particular case.

I am to navigate using the WEB_PLATFORM.sendNavigationRequest .

However, I am facing the issue in HTML5 for that I have opened a separate ticket
