15. Re: Download Spectre and Meltdown custom dashboards kit for vRealize Operations Manager 6.6.x
Pietro Piutti Jan 23, 2018 11:51 PM (in response to Sunny Dua)Thank you Sunny, I appreciate your feedback.
CPU load on vROPs nodes has been high for ~8 hrs now it's back to normal.
We'll keep an eye on this and if we experience issues again we'll try to remove the VM Patching dashboard as you suggest.
Best,
Pietro

nateconehealth Jan 24, 2018 7:13 AM (in response to Sunny Dua)Hi Sunny,
Hope you're doing well today, and I'd like to also say these are great dashboards, thanks!
One question - how do I get the vSphere widgets at the top of the "CPU Bug Performance Monitoring" dashboard to show the Historic and Trend/Forecast lines? (Currently I just see the Total CPU Usage line.)
Thanks!

cliles1 Jan 24, 2018 1:27 PM (in response to Sunny Dua)Do the views need to be updated with the latest ESXi build numbers to match the patch release on 1/22/18?

Sunny Dua Jan 24, 2018 9:34 PM (in response to chadpageflex)Here is the original blogpost - http://blogs.vmware.com/management/2018/01/assess-performan…erations-manager.html
These dashboards can only be imported in vROps Advanced or Enterprise edition. For standard edition use the out of the box dashboards mentioned in the blog post.

Sunny Dua Jan 24, 2018 9:31 PM (in response to cliles1)You can update the views by editing them and add the filetrs based on your environment. The sample templates come with examples which you can modify based on your environmental needs.

Sunny Dua Jan 24, 2018 9:34 PM (in response to dokjones)You would need to be at vRealize operation 6.6.0 or vRealize Operations 6.6.1.
You can refer to the upgrade guide which can help you get to the latest version - https://www.vmware.com/content/dam/digitalmarketing/vmware/en/pdf/products/vsphere/vmware-vrealize-operations-upgrade-in…

27. Re: Download Spectre and Meltdown custom dashboards kit for vRealize Operations Manager 6.6.x
Sunny Dua Jan 24, 2018 9:36 PM (in response to nateconehealth)You can modify those Views easily and add the trend and forecast to each of those metrics. You can also setup the duration for the forecast in number of days. To see an example, check the configuration of Out of the box dashboard named - Capacity Overview as it used the forecast capabilities.
hope this helps!!

28. Re: Dashboards to be imported
Sunny Dua Jan 24, 2018 9:39 PM (in response to jklimczak21)If the dashboard is not loading at all, then try to clear the browser cache and re-open a new session.
If you still have issues, I have uplaoded an optimized version of this dashboard in the original thread, download that and use it. It should help.

Sunny Dua Jan 24, 2018 9:40 PM (in response to Pietro Piutti)I have made some changes in that dashboard and updated the dashboards_to_be_imported file. You can download and overwrite with this updated version if you still see issues.
