Bypass 2-Factor Authentication using Unified Access Gateway

Hi Experts,,

I have a question about 2-factor authentication. I have successfully configured 2-factor on my customers Unified Access Gateway (UAG). The issue is, they have a list of public IP addresses that need to bypass Duo 2-factor. Is this something that would be configured on the Unified Access Gateway appliance or would this need to be configured on the customers oF5 Access Policy Manager?

This is not a function of UAG at least not as far as I know.. You would have to route these special IP-segments to a different UAG implementation or directly to Connection servers..
