Hi, how is the right way for the security patches (for Intel CPU's), witch is the right way?

First to patch all esxi hosts with ESXi550-201709001/ ESXi650-201712001 or with update manager. After that, do I need to update the Windows Server? Or does the windows server are working secure on a patched vsphere host?

Why don't you tell us what all you have first? Without knowing that and the versions, it's hard to say much.
