Aaannnddd, repeated keystrokes in Html access.
Built lab inside Workstation
VIew connection server (latest)
RDS server with view agent(Latest)
problem still persist.
I can't give solution like this.
Could not find support in VMware Support page.
how the hell i am suppose to make customer buy something that does not work?!
Tried editing vmx file. In virtual machine, in normal RDP connection no problem at all.
Installing view client is not option.
This bug is specific to the new Firefox Quantum. Try Chrome for example.
We have the same issue and it appears to do the same thing on IE11 and Firefox even before the new version was released. Chrome and Edge work fine. We are on view 7.1.

we have the same Problem with Mozilla Firefox Quantum. Other Browsers as Microsoft Edge, Microsoft Internet Explorer 11 or Google Chrome works fine. In our enviroment we use VMWare View .6.2.5 Any news for this problem? I open a Support Request #18702795602.
Just wanted to add that we are seeing this bug also.
So far Firefox in linux and windows have both shown this behavior when using blast. Horizon 6.2.0.

Hi Guys,
i had a remote session with a TSE for two weeks. I Show her the issue on my Notebook.
After few minutes i get the notice, that the Firefox Version is not supported of html Access 3.5.3.
This is recorded in the manual, page 7-9:
HTML-Access/4.0/horizon-html-access-4x-document.pdf
It's a bad joke... because today every browser automatically updates itself. 😞

HTML Access 3.5.x should combined with Horizon View 6.2.x, are you able to continue to connect your desktop sessions after the warning message pops up?
