vShield resetting admin password

Hello All

I need to reset the admin password on an exisitng vShield Manager VM due to the previous technical person leaving the business and no documented credentials have been left.

Any help greatly appreciated

I'm not aware of any official method to reset the password, but per this How to reset the VMware vShield/vCloud Networking and Security (VCNS) Manager Web Interface admin ac...  you would need to contact VMware support
