VMware vCenter Server Appliance 6.5 Stage 2 never starts

Currently I have VMware 6.0

From my Windows 10 Pro 64 bit machine I started the install of VMWare vCenter Server Appliance 6.5.0.12000 using the vcsa-ui-installer win32 installer app

Went thru to 100% but it failed to connect to 10.2.8.9:5480

from the log

2017-12-09T03:46:05.016Z - error: Could not get response for get request from url https://10.2.8.9:5480/: Error: connect ETIMEDOUT 10.2.8.9:5480

2017-12-09T03:46:05.017Z - error: VAMI is NOT accessilbe[24]: https://10.2.8.9:5480/, err: Could not get response for get request from url https://10.2.8.9:5480/: Error: connect ETIMEDOUT 10.2.8.9:5480

I can not ping 10.2.8.9  no response

I open the console up and can logon checked the network settings and restarted the network also restarted the appliance no change

I enabled ssh but if I can not ping it will not be able to ssh

https://10.2.8.9:5480/        get this page can't be displayed

Is this a firewall issue?  if so how can I fix this?

Show the last stage in the installer that contains all the values you used during the installation process.

Just to rule this out. Can you confirm that the newly deployed vCSA's network settings are configured properly, i.e. its virtual network adapter is connected to the correct port group (the port group with access to the subnet for 10.2.8.9), and its subnet mask as well as default gateway for the network are correct?

I figured it out after a good night sleep

I went to my vCenter 6.0 edit the setting on the 6.5 appliance and added a second network adapter.

As soon as I added the adapter I was able to ping ssh and browse the appliance.

I have had this issue on my ESXI 6.0 hosts for some time now on Windows 2012R2 servers after I restart them I have no internet connection

AS soon as I add another network adapter to the server it works.

I am hoping this goes away with 6.5
