vRealize Agent: Failed to send data at line 257. Error code 0x800713ab

We are running vRealize Operations for Horizon. The VDI desktops are running the View agent with the vRealize option enabled.

The issue is that we don't see any VDI data at the management console. When looking at the v4v-Agent log the following information is found (partial in dutch). We hope someone is able to assist

We opened ports 3091-3094 + 3099-3101
