vROPs data not accurate

When looking at vROPs from a stress/capacity view we see different results when focused on the Datacenter vs vCenter. We have one vDatacenter with 2 vCenters underneath. The stress percentage/value of each vCenter should equal the total stress percentage/value seen at the vDatcenter object but this is not the case. We verified the policies in play have the same metrics assigned to both vCenter and vDatacenter but receiving the same results.  Is there anywhere else we should look for configuration issues?

Your statement "The stress percentage/value of each vCenter should equal the total stress percentage/value seen at the vDatcenter object but this is not the case. " is confusing.

Could you please confirm whether the total stress percentage/value of both vCenters should equal to the total stress percentage/value seen at the vDatcenter object.
