vCenter Web Client (v6 update3c), Windows 10 and IE11 - spinning clock mouse cursor

The title says it all. When trying to access our vCenter Web Client in Windows 10 using IE11 - all we get is a spinning click mouse cursor.

I have done everything imaginable to this PC but nothing has fixed the issue. If I use Chrome on the same PC, I get right through. In Chrome, I get a popup asking if I want to allow Flash to which I say yes. In IE, I removed all site from the Shockwave Flash plugin so that IE would also ask if I want to allow Flash to run on this site. It did, I answered yes, but still the spinning clock mouse cursor.

Multiple people, multiple PCs - same issue. BTW - I have a Windows 8.1 PC, running IE11 that works fine.

Win8.1 IE11

Version 11.0.9600.18838

Update Version 11.0.48 (KB4047206)

Win10 IE11

Version 11.726.15063.0

Update Version 11.0.48 (KB4047206)

I don't want to have to use Chrome, but I have spent days trying to figure this out to no avail.

Any help is appreciated.
