I succesfully installed Horizon 7 with Blast Extreme protocol appreciating the new features.
My question is .. do you introduce this protocol also in ESXI in standalone way?
Most of Blast is also used in the ESX console remoting with the exception of H264 encoding and some other networking improvements.

Do you know if Blast Extreme will be present with ESXI?

Blast Extreme is already supported supported for GPU (Nvidia) and View 7.0 , you need to select " VMware Blast" as protocol for the pool connection settings. Given rest of the configs are correct H.264 encode / decode will work by default.
