Bottleneck in access to server ports Is there?
Is the associated RITM set as 'Closed Complete'? If so, I believe this is the only action the plugin is designed to take. Business processes in ServiceNow(SNOW) are supposed to kick in at this point. The same occurs in our environment. I am working with our SNOW team to implement the appropriate processes to close the request when the RITM is marked 'Closed Complete'. We have not yet started, but when we do, I will try to update this thread with the steps we took. Good luck!
It appears when you have a Successful build in vRA, Servicenow processes set the RITM and REQ to 'Closed Complete'. I'll have to check with our developers to see if they implemented something to Close the REQ also, or if this was part of the plugin
