We are using a horizon view 7.03 Environment with several LOB application installed in the golden Image of Windows 7 desktops. One of this application is a database application which is using mapped Network Shares for saving documents. The Network Shares are produced at Startup time by a Service of the application.
We have recomposed the Desktops several times, but at few VDI Desktops we loose the Network Shares and we can´t reconnect. Only logoff and logon solves the Network share Problem.
Does anyone have an idea what we can do to Diagnose this error.
We have no Network issues and the user can work in the desktop session apart from this error like using Microsof´t word.
