Can't copy/paste between my VM and my Laptop

I've just installed VMware® Workstation 14 Pro, 14.0.0 build-6661328 on my Laptop. Then I've created a CentOS 7 VM in it and installed the Vmware Tools.

I've set "Enable drag and drop" in the "Guest isolation" parameters :

Now I can't copy/paste between my Laptop and the CentOS VM.

What's wrong ?
