Move vCenter cluster from an existing vCloud environment to a new one

Hello all,

I've been tasked to migrate an existing vCenter, configured in vCloud Director, to a new vCloud Director environment.

Does anyone have any experience with that or is there documentation available for such a scenario?

Datacenter A is to be decommissioned and the existing configuration will not be available.

In both Datacenter B an C there is no hardware available to build a new vCenter cluster, which would have made it possible to migrate VMs.

So basically how do I move vCenter A and B to vCloud B?

Current situation:

Datacenter A (company A) [to be decommissioned]

  - vCloud A with vCenter A

Datacenter B (company B)

- vCenter Cluster A, configured for vCD A

- vCloud B, new

Datacenter C (company B)

- vCenter Cluster B, configured for vCD A

Regards,

This one may be worth opening a Support Request on.  There are a lot of parts that need further information and see if this migration would be possible.
