    VSA appliance 6.5 not connecting to VCenter server 6.5

      I deployed a new VCenter Support Assistant Appliance 6.5 into an existing VCenter Server (on windows 2012) environment. It successfully configures the lookup service address and gets authorized, but it doesn't show up in the Administration page in the VSphere client.

      Additionally, when configuring the log gathering, it gets the following error:

      Cannot navigate to the desired location.

      Error details: Cannot retrieve the navigation path for extension com.vmware.ph.manage.data-collection.

      faultCode:Server.Processing faultString:'java.lang.Exception : Invalid extension id: com.vmware.ph.manage.data-collection' faultDetail:'null'
