"A file I/O error occurred while accessing ' occurred while uploading a VM to ESX-i 6.5

I am able to boot the VM instance in VMWare workstation

Here is the log attached.

I am able to make it work if I am directly connected to it through a crossover cable.

But remotely through the network it doesn't work.
