IE crashing after flash update...vSphere client no longer works

Got it working in CHROME/FireFox but not IE.......Some instances a user cannot use the other browsers just IE.......Any suggestions would help.....Already tried to downgrade Flash and then it doesn't detect the flash player installed even though it's registered in IE addons.
