I was tried to set up a Virtual Machine with ESXi.

and download this file VMware-VMvisor-Installer-6.5.0.update01-5969303.x86_64.iso from VMWare

And when I click to start. The system displayed an error and I don't know how to solve this situation

"This host does not support virtualizing real mode. The Intel "VMX Unrestricted Guest" feature is necessary to run this virtual machine on an Intel processor"

      And my PC configuration is

      HP Z400 Workstation 103C_53335X (HP 0B4Ch) - Desktop type

      Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU W3520 @ 2.67GHz (4C 2.8GHz/2.93GHz, 2.13GHz IMC, 4x 256kB L2, 8MB L3)

      Component: Intel Xeon W3520

      12Gb RAM

      All attachment files are

      - PC's information (from CPUz). This is attachment file

      - Error image that captured from VMWare
