Why does connection server status for the certificate becomes invalid?
Every week, the status from green then goes red with the same error.
is there any way to check or prevent this from happening.
We restart the server after receiving that error.

I guess you use the default SSL certificate.
Replace it with a new one that is valid and signed by a trusted CA.
I am using Microsoft CA as certificate

Have you added your CA Certificate to the trusted CAs on the Horizon Connection server?
Otherwise it won't trust your certificate.

get the root and intermediate certificate from the vendor and import it in trusted root certification authority

Changed SHA1 certificates to SHA2 / 256 certificates
