Zero Client and Skype for Business (No Unified Communication)

I hope this is easy to answer and redirect.

we have Zero client in our environment and we are planning to deploy Skype for Business (S4B).

For S4B, we need a only chatting functionality. In this case, we just need to deploy S4B client? right?

if Yes, can you advise the best way to deploy client on VDI Desktop. We are running non-persistent desktops. I guess we have to install the client on master Image?

appreciate your valuable time!!!

If by chatting, you mean instant messaging, then you are correct.  Just deploy the Skype for Business client as you would any other application inside a non-persistent desktop.
