Linked Clone Grid - Display Issue on First logon

We're experiencing an issue when we deploy linked clones with Grid.  On the first logon the machine display is black.  We need to disconnect and reconnect for display to show up properly.  This happens using view 7.0 agent/server combo.

Has anyone experienced this or have a workaround?

I must not have been clear. That's what we do.  Our machines are spun up using linked clones. On first logon user can only see blank screens. After disconnect and reconnected everything is fine. The link you sent is for a single VM, not what I'm looking for with dynamic as I have no plans to manually log on to each machine before a user has the chance to
