2D animations, such as dragging a file explorer around, results in a very choppy experience. Eventually, perhaps 30 to 45 seconds, the dragging of windows will become more fluid, but there is considerable lag. This means that the window drags fluidly, but the animation lags behind the mouse roughly 500 milliseconds (I don't know the exact delay, but it's noticeable).
What could affect this? Thanks!
