No network in windows xp and windows 7 guest under linux host

Good morning,

I installed a Windows xp and a Windows 7 guest. In both cases there is no Network at all. When I install a Linux gues I can ping beween guest an host.

Which mistake did I made?

Can anybody help?

In both cases there is no Network at all

Please clarify this.

• No network adapter in the VM's Device Manager (of yellow warning)?
• No network adapter in VM's network settings?
• No DHCP address received from DHCP server?
• In case the VM received an IP address, can it ping its own IP address?
