Mixing of ESXi license editions

Can you put different license editions on a single cluster but the same license version?

Like 2 servers will be having a 5.5 enterprise license and the other 3 will be having a 5.5 enterprise plus license?

or 2 severs with vsphere 6 standard and 3 servers with vsphere 6 enterprise plus?

this will not be correct design

ALL the server you are going to keep in 1 vcenter ?

with features you may have issue

You can apply licenses in this way but this is not best practice and recommended. Things like FT, SDRS, DPM will only work between hosts that are licensed for those features. So unless you haven't any specific plan to enable these advance features you can apply. The features available in the lower editions of ESXI will only be available at cluster level.
