The bit in the log that is petinent here is at the top;

Error status H:0x0 D:0x18 P:0x0 Sense Data: 0x0 0x0 0x0

Using the excellent VMware ESXi SCSI Sense Code Decoder | Virten.net  allows the log to be interpreted into something human readable;

D:0x18 translates to;Device Status [0x18] RESERVATION CONFLICT This status is returned when a LUN is in a Reserved status and commands from initiators that did not place that SCSI reservation attempt to issue commands to it.

To resolve and find the source of the issue I would suggest following the intstructions from Vmware; Resolving SCSI reservation conflicts (1002293) | VMware KB

Best of Luck
