Converting time P2V - Windows Server 2008 R2 (proxy enabled)

  I tested exactly that same physical server and:

a) without synchronization converting time is around 27 minutes

b) with synchronization ( Run immediately after cloning) i take 60 minute and 6 minute for next job with synchronizastion.

If this is normal ?

1. Uncheck "Perform final Synchronization" option.

2. To reduce the conversion time, you could choose the schedule option instead of "Run immediately after cloning".

3. After the initial conversion is done, perform a manual sync. Select the task in VMware converter and then click synchronize in the shortcut menu.
